At Fukano Antiques & Collectibles, we take pride in offering unique and carefully curated antiques and collectibles. Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at FukanosAntiques@Gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund or replacement if applicable.

Final Sales

All items purchased through Fukano's Antiques & Collectibles are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a significant discrepancy from the item description.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
